At The Skin Lab Professionals, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase.
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can assist you.
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition if a return has been approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
